Frøya Organics × Myosin — August 2026

Your August goal, delivered
in half a month.

CTV is pacing at 2× plan at your target CPA. Here is where the program stands, what we forecast, and the three paths for the back half of August.

2,300 orders to date 3,105 goal, hit by Aug 15 $65 CPA on target

The program is running at twice plan.

The August IO called for 3,105 orders at $65 CPA on roughly $200K of media. Thirteen days into the month, the program has delivered approximately 2,300 orders, with daily run rate in the couple-hundred range.

Goal volume will be fully delivered by mid-month at the contracted CPA. This is the second consecutive month of over-delivery, so it is a trend.

July also exceeded goal. The program is not catching a lucky week. It is running at a consistent pace against a market that is absorbing the offer.

When delivery slowed, sales slowed.

In late July, after the monthly goal was reached, impression delivery was deliberately reduced for roughly the final five days of the month. Site-wide sales visibly dropped within days. Delivery resumed and orders recovered. That is the cleanest evidence this channel is driving orders, not just claiming them.

The market is absorbing at twice the planned rate.

At current momentum, capacity analysis supports up to 6,000 orders/month at current efficiency. The question is whether to absorb the remaining capacity or hold at plan. A full-scale month at $60 blended CPA would represent $360K in spend for 6,000 orders. (Illustrative)

Order volume — three scenarios
An honest caveat: We don't yet have a year-over-year baseline at this spend level, so we can't fully separate seasonal strength from channel momentum. What we know is the window is open now.

Three options for the back half of August.

Option 02

Hold the Cap, Tighten the Measurement

3,105 orders
Spend stays flat at plan. Measurement standards are tightened so credited orders pace evenly across the month, and the program continues delivering to protect momentum.
CostNo change to plan
GetsGoal delivered, cleaner attribution data for September
ProvesMeasurement consistency across a full month
Option 03

Measured Test

Modest increment
A modest incremental budget funds display and native as a separately measured test in August. Blend into the core program in September if it proves out.
CostSmaller increment than Option 1
GetsReal channel data on display and native efficiency
ProvesWhether non-CTV channels convert at comparable rates

It depends on how much volume you want to take on in the next two weeks and how it fits with everything else you're running.

Channel Visibility

Channel-level visibility

Commercial terms are set on the blended CPA, but reporting stays split by channel. You will always see what video drives versus what display and native drives. No single blended number hides performance by channel.

August Scope

August-only commitment

A new measurement pixel arrives next month. Any scale decision is scoped to August, and September gets re-baselined together under the new setup. You are not locked into a methodology that changes under you.

Decision needed
